This page sets out the main rules by which the Moonberry marketplace (https://moonberry.am) selects and orders goods in the catalog and in search (Article 37.2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Consumer Rights Protection). The platform is run by MOONBERRY LLC.

1. Which goods appear in the results

1.1. The catalog and search show only cards checked by a Moonberry moderator, from open sections of the catalog and of sellers whose shop is active.

1.2. Goods that are out of stock are not shown in lists; the page of such goods stays available and says they are out of stock.

1.3. A seller cannot pay to have its goods shown higher. There are no paid or advertising positions in the results; if they appear, each will be marked "Advertisement" and this page will be updated.

2. Order in the catalog

The buyer chooses the order in the "Sort by" list above the goods:

Newest first (the default) — goods the moderator approved most recently come first;
Price: low to high;
Price: high to low.

Filters (category, price, brand, characteristics) only narrow the list and do not change the order.

3. Order in search

3.1. By default, search uses the "Relevance" order: goods that match the query better come first. The match is counted on the text of the card:

first, how closely the words written in the card match the query;
then, the weight of the match: the name, category and brand weigh most, characteristics (colour, size, material) less, the rest of the text least; a recently approved card gets a small boost that almost fades within 90 days;
word forms, typos and a query typed in Latin letters or in the wrong keyboard layout are taken into account;
with an equal match, a card approved later comes higher.

3.2. The buyer can switch the search order to "Newest first" or to price, as in the catalog.

4. Reviews and ratings

There are no reviews or ratings on the platform yet, and Moonberry shows no scores for goods or sellers. When reviews appear, only buyers who received the goods will be able to leave them, and this page will say how they are checked and whether they affect the order.

5. Discounts

A struck-through price is the seller's previous price, given by the seller; the discount percentage is counted from it. The seller is responsible for the previous price being genuine.
